Ayr youngsters Ben Johnston and Jack Preston have been named in the Glasgow under-20s squad to face their Edinburgh counterparts.
The fixture will take place on Wednesday at Kirkcaldy RFC, kicking off at 6pm.
Ben starts at number eight, whilst scrum-half Jack joins former Ayr youth player Ewan Bulger on the bench.
